As a professional contractor, West Manor Sewer & Drain, LLC., does not accept any responsibility for sewer and drain lines in poor condition. We are not responsible for any drain machine cables that would break or get stuck in any drain lines.

In order to eliminate any potential misunderstandings, please be aware of the following obligations you, as the home/business owner, assume when you choose to have us work on your sewer and drain lines.

If the line would happen to crack, break, or leak when West Manor’s technician would touch it because of age, usage, corrosion, or general lack of proper maintenance, the home/business owner is solely responsible for any and all repairs and replacement costs associated with this task.

It is also possible that during the process of running a cable to clear your lines that water, residue, and general sludge may accumulate inside the structure. We will be as careful as possible during the clearing process, but due to the nature of the sewer and drain clearing, there is a high possibility that the house/business owner will have to clean the areas affected.

All residential drains come with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated. Broken, damaged, and abused drain pipes with heavy grease, or foreign obstructions, i.e. feminine products, bath sponges, children’s toys, etc. will not be warrantied.
